New this year, we’ve partnered with Yooper Fitness to offer strength training as an add‑on to our summer development programs. This optional program is designed to complement our on‑ice training with age‑appropriate athletic development focused on strength, power, mobility, and movement quality.

All athletes train in small groups with a dedicated strength coach. Participation requires enrollment in one of our on‑ice programs.

3:00–4:00 PM Monday–Thursday

14U Strength Training

1:45–2:45 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

12U Strength Training

8:00–9:00 AM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
