About the Role

BR.ICE Hockey Development is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Videographer to capture high-quality, meaningful hockey training content. This position is ideal for someone who understands the game, can skate confidently, and is passionate about athlete development and storytelling through video.

You will work directly with players and staff during on-ice and off-ice sessions to capture dynamic footage that highlights skill development, coaching moments, and the BR.ICE experience. All captured content will be delivered to our Director of Marketing for final editing and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Film on-ice training sessions and development programs

  • Capture meaningful, purposeful video content (not just raw footage)

  • Work closely with coaches and staff to anticipate key moments

  • Manage and monitor mic’d players and staff during sessions

  • Organize and deliver footage promptly to the Director of Marketing

  • Maintain and care for video equipment

Qualifications

  • Strong skating ability (must be comfortable moving on ice with equipment)

  • Understanding of hockey and player development

  • Experience with videography (sports experience preferred)

  • Ability to capture high-quality audio from mic’d players and staff

  • Strong attention to detail and awareness of coaching moments

  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

Compensation

  • Hourly pay, based on experience

  • Travel expenses are not compensated for candidates applying from out of town

Position Overview

BR.ICE Hockey Development is seeking a motivated and experienced Skills Coach to lead and support player development programming in Green Bay for a 8-week spring session. This role is ideal for a coach who understands modern skill development, values structure and accountability, and is committed to maintaining high training standards.

The selected candidate will represent the BR.ICE brand on and off the ice and must fully align with BR.ICE coaching systems, standards, and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist in on-ice skill development sessions

  • Execute structured practice plans built around BR.ICE methodology

  • Deliver high-tempo, detail-oriented instruction

  • Provide clear demonstrations and corrections

  • Ensure drills emphasize skating, puck control, decision-making, and hockey IQ

  • Maintain a professional and positive training environment

  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff

  • Uphold all BR.ICE policies, culture standards, and operational guidelines

Qualifications

  • Decent to strong playing background (Junior, College, or equivalent competitive experience preferred)
    OR

  • Proven coaching experience in youth, high school, junior, or development hockey

  • Strong understanding of skating mechanics and skill progression

  • Ability to command attention and run efficient ice sessions

  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Growth mindset and willingness to follow established systems
