BR.ICE Hockey Development LLC Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025At BR.ICE Hockey Development LLC, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness for all participants while allowing us to properly plan and operate our programs, the following refund policy applies to all camps, clinics, and training sessions.

Registration Cancellations

A full refund, less the 2.9% payment processing fee, will be issued if a written cancellation request is received within 48 hours of registration.All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to bricehockeydev@gmail.com.After the initial 48-hour registration period, registration fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in the Injury Policy below.

Injury Policy

Injury Prior to the Start of Camp

If an athlete is injured before the first day of the registered program and is unable to participate:A full refund will be issued upon receipt of:A written refund request sent to bricehockeydev@gmail.com, andA medical note from a licensed healthcare provider confirming the athlete is unable to participate.

Injury During Camp

If an athlete sustains an injury while participating in a BR.ICE Hockey Development program that prevents further participation:A prorated refund may be issued based on the remaining sessions.Requests must include:A written email submitted within 48 hours of the injury, andA medical note from a licensed healthcare provider.

Injury Outside of Camp

If an athlete is injured outside of BR.ICE Hockey Development activities after the program has begun, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at the discretion of BR.ICE Hockey Development LLC. Any approved refund or credit may be prorated based on the portion of the program completed.

No-Show Policy

Participants who fail to attend their registered program without prior written notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 1–2 business days after approval. Processing times by financial institutions may vary.

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to bricehockeydev@gmail.com and include:Participant's full nameCamp or program nameSession datesReason for the requestAny required supporting documentation (if applicable)
